    • Population: 7.6 million.  
    • 2009 Net green bean imports: 1.818 million bags; Brazil led with 32%.  
    • Colombia, Vietnam India, Guatemala, Honduras and Costa Rica provided a further 44.5% between them.  
    • Estimated shares: arabica 78%, robusta 14%, not specified 8%.  
    • Imports of processed coffee were 265,000 bags; exports were 1.047 million bags.  
    • ICO data put 2009 per capita consumption at 7.65 kg.  
    • The main roaster, Migros, accounts for 45% of the market.
