ACCESS! Rwanda is implemented by Rwanda Development Board, which is expected to add value to the Business Development Services currently offered to the Rwandan Business Community in Business Development Centres across the country. Conservatively, it is expected that at least 100 employments will be created within the country, mainly in the sector of handicraft and tourism.
